Alan is a prevention-focused health insurance company serving 1M+ members across 40K+ companies, with €800M+ ARR. The company integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a unified platform and is scaling aggressively across Europe.
You will lead Alan's Enterprise Sales team in France, responsible for acquiring large companies (3,000+ employees) including CAC40 firms. This is a hands-on leadership role where you own both the acquisition strategy and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute the go-to-market strategy for the Enterprise segment in France, targeting ambitious acquisition goals
- Lead and coach a team of 4 Senior Account Executives (growing), including hiring, onboarding, and career development
- Drive team performance through clear expectations, rigorous pipeline management, and ongoing coaching on deal execution and methodology
- Be actively in the field: prospecting, joining key customer meetings, supporting negotiations, and owning strategic opportunities
- Surface customer expectations, market patterns, and blockers to product, pricing, operations, and marketing teams
- Create conditions for team members to reach and exceed targets through feedback culture, coaching, and autonomy
The Enterprise segment is complex: multi-stakeholder deals involving HRD, CFO, CEO, payroll, legal, purchasing, and unions; long sales cycles (multi-year conversations); RFP processes; and high stakes (1 deal = 50% of annual target). You'll position Alan as a strategic health partner, not just an insurance provider, leveraging digital platform capabilities and customized health plans.

- Demonstrated experience leading and coaching sales teams with ability to set high bar and drive growth
- Full working proficiency in French; advanced English for internal communication
- Hands-on mentality: comfortable in field with team, joining customer meetings, supporting tough negotiations
- Proven experience selling to Enterprise-level companies (3,000+ employees) in multi-stakeholder deals
- Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with ruthless prioritization
- Data-driven and analytical: leverage KPIs to drive performance and make decisions
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Based in or willing to relocate to Paris area
Nice-to-have:
- Experience selling to HR or Finance functions
