Mysten Labs is building foundational infrastructure for the emerging agent economy, combining blockchain technology (Sui, Move) with AI agent capabilities. The company is seeking an Enterprise Sales Lead to define and build the commercial opportunity for their agentic products—technology that enables AI agents to operate reliably, handle sensitive information, and interact under clear rules.
In this role, you will develop the enterprise sales and go-to-market strategy for agentic products, identifying priority industries, buyer personas, use cases, and routes to market. You'll leverage an established network of enterprise relationships to build new connections with decision-makers across commerce, services, and regulated industries. You'll own the complete sales process from customer discovery and qualification through pilots, negotiation, and commercial agreements.
You'll work directly with prospective customers to understand their workflows, business priorities, and requirements for deploying AI agents. Partnering closely with product and engineering teams, you'll translate customer needs into product requirements, demonstrations, and commercially compelling offerings. You'll help define positioning, packaging, pricing, and pilot structures by testing assumptions through customer conversations and actual deals.
A key part of this role is building a repeatable approach to moving customers from early experimentation into production and broader adoption. You'll establish pipeline discipline, communicate market feedback to leadership, and help the team prioritize opportunities with the strongest commercial potential. This is a hands-on role combining enterprise selling with product and GTM development—you'll work directly with the CTO, product, and engineering teams to shape what gets built, who it's sold to, and how it's packaged.
Mysten Labs is remote-first and recently raised a $300M Series B from top-tier venture investors including Andreessen Horowitz, Jump Crypto, Binance Labs, Redpoint, and others.
