Sierra is building an AI agent platform that enables companies to deliver better, more human customer experiences. The company partners with industry leaders including SoftBank, Uber, Rivian, CLEAR, and Sutter Health. Founded by Bret Taylor (former Salesforce co-CEO, Facebook CTO, Google Maps co-creator) and Clay Bavor (18-year Google veteran who led Google Labs, AR/VR, and Google Workspace), Sierra is headquartered in San Francisco with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
As Enterprise Sales Director for the Consumer Business Insights vertical, you will lead Sierra's most complex, strategic deals spanning multiple business units and geographies. This vertical serves the businesses that power everyday life—from CPG brands and logistics networks to real estate, energy, utilities, automotive, manufacturing, and professional services companies.
Your responsibilities include architecting multi-million-dollar deals with sophisticated structures, building and maintaining trusted relationships across customer C-suites, and regularly engaging Sierra's co-founders in front of strategic accounts. You will operate with precision in messaging, positioning, and timing, shape how Sierra approaches its most important accounts, and set the standard for the broader sales organization. You'll leverage AI tools throughout the sales cycle—account research, personalized outreach, call summarization, pipeline forecasting, and deal execution—to automate low-value tasks and reinvest time into high-value customer relationships.
You bring 10-12+ years of enterprise and strategic sales experience managing the largest and most complex accounts. You have a proven track record closing multi-million-dollar, multi-stakeholder deals spanning business units and geographies, with experience managing $1M+ quotas and running end-to-end complex 6- and 7-figure ACV deals. You possess deep, sustained C-suite relationships and the gravitas to be treated as a peer by executive buyers. You demonstrate mastery of complex deal structuring, risk navigation, and pricing, with exceptional executive communication and a reputation for precision and trust.
Ideal candidates have deep familiarity with the AI landscape and can speak credibly to both technical and business stakeholders, plus experience operating alongside founders and executives in front of strategic customers.
