Omnea is an AI-native procurement platform that helps enterprise businesses streamline purchasing, approvals, and spend visibility. The company has raised $75M from top-tier VCs (Khosla Ventures, Insight Partners, Accel) and has grown ARR to double-digit millions in 18 months, trusted by companies like Spotify, MongoDB, Monzo, and Albertsons.
You will join as an Enterprise Account Executive with a clear path to running a business segment. The role follows a two-phase model:
**PHASE 1: CLOSE**
You will run multi-stakeholder enterprise new business cycles end-to-end, selling to CFOs, CPOs, General Counsel, and CIOs. The Commercial Associates team generates pipeline, so your focus is deal strategy, execution, and close. You'll navigate procurement, legal, and security reviews—gaining deep expertise in how enterprises buy. You'll become the internal expert on Omnea's product and capabilities.
**PHASE 2: BUILD**
Once established, you'll take ownership of a vertical or segment: defining strategy, targeting accounts, and owning the number. You'll hire, coach, and lead the team selling into that segment. You'll shape Omnea's go-to-market strategy alongside the Chief Commercial Officer and US General Manager. There is no fixed timeline; advancement is earned and scales with your performance and business growth.
The US team grew from 3 to ~30 people in 12 months. Last year, the GTM team achieved 108% attainment; last quarter, over 170%. The company has an 86% RFP win rate against its largest competitor.
Omnea operates a hybrid model: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in-person at offices. The company emphasizes together-time at this stage of growth. Benefits are geo-localized; the US package is competitive and includes the Omnea Future Founders fund, which provides equity opportunities for employees.
The team includes ex-founders and operators who previously scaled Tessian (cybersecurity, acquired post-Series C) and have shipped world-class products at the highest levels.
