You will join as an Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in London, driving new enterprise pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Executing outbound prospecting campaigns to identify and engage key decision makers within your book of business
- Booking qualified meetings with enterprise prospects in partnership with Account Executives
- Developing and executing creative outreach strategies to educate the market on Monte Carlo's data observability and agent trust solutions
- Triaging inbound leads against the company's ICP definition and converting them into qualified opportunities
- Collaborating with marketing to test messaging, share field feedback, and achieve joint pipeline goals
- Contributing to the development and refinement of the enterprise outbound playbook

REQUIREMENTS:
- 1+ years of work experience in a pipeline generation role or a role with heavy process orientation
- Demonstrated track record in an early-stage company or highly ambiguous environment
- Experience with complex and consultative sales
- Highly developed organizational skills
- Cultural fit: ownership mindset, prioritization discipline, integrity, customer empathy, comfort with ambiguity, sense of urgency, and collaborative approach
