As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative, you'll drive pipeline generation for enterprise and mid-market clients, identifying and qualifying leads, building outbound sequences, and scheduling meetings and demos for the sales team. You'll focus on deals starting at $25K ACV, working across global markets with emphasis on the UK and US. The role involves consistent outbound prospecting via calls, email, and LinkedIn, lead nurturing through personalized sequences, and collaboration with the sales team to qualify leads against BANT framework.
Key responsibilities include: identifying potential clients based on the provided Ideal Customer Profile; nurturing leads not yet ready to buy through personalized outreach; working with the sales team to shape engagement strategies and set accounts up for success; using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, and Salesforce for prospecting and pipeline management; and hitting monthly qualified lead targets with commission upside on conversions.
You'll need 1+ year of outbound sales development experience into enterprise accounts, with demonstrated ability to navigate large organizations and multi-thread across stakeholders. Background in SaaS, tech sales, martech, or creative production is required, or genuine curiosity about how major brands create and buy advertising. Strong written and verbal communication skills, disciplined prospecting discipline, comfort with fast-moving environments, and proficiency with CRM and modern prospecting tools are essential.
