Revolut is seeking an Enterprise Risk Manager to join its Risk team in São Paulo, supporting the design, implementation, and embedding of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework. The Risk team sits at the core of Revolut, working across functions, products, and regions to monitor performance and ensure the business operates safely. This role will be among the first involved in new business initiatives spanning App Technology, Treasury, Finance, and Customer Support.
Key responsibilities include supporting risk governance processes, developing and maintaining cross-functional elements of the risk management framework, and leading the establishment and evolution of the risk appetite framework. You will contribute to monitoring the firm's risk profile through Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), incidents, and other risk monitoring tools, support implementation of the risk framework across international subsidiaries, develop management information and insights, and strengthen firmwide risk awareness and culture.
Required qualifications include previous experience in risk management within financial services, excellent stakeholder management and project management skills, and substantial practical experience designing and implementing ERM frameworks in financial services (ideally banking and/or payments). You must have knowledge of the financial services regulatory landscape impacting risk management, strong technology and data skills to create and analyze data for meaningful business risk insights, and fluency in English.
Nice-to-have skills include proficiency with SQL and business intelligence tooling.
