ApplyBoard is a platform that simplifies the study abroad application process by connecting international students, advisors, and educational institutions. This Enterprise Recruitment Representative role is based in Lagos and focuses on day-to-day support of institutional partners, driving enrollment growth and enhancing partner satisfaction.
You will execute recruitment strategies, assist in conversion initiatives, and serve as a liaison between institutions and ApplyBoard's internal teams. Key responsibilities include:
- Execute and implement recruitment strategies to help partners meet enrollment goals
- Serve as a brand ambassador for ApplyBoard, promoting the platform and services to potential recruitment partners
- Lead initiatives to increase recruitment partner sign-ups and identify new business opportunities through proactive outreach (cold calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn)
- Participate in education fairs and deliver targeted presentations to agents and prospective students
- Conduct high-volume partner engagement (minimum 5–8 recruitment partner visits daily) and train partners on processes, schools/programs, and admission requirements
- Encourage partners to adopt premium services and tools
- Serve as a friendly point of contact for institutional stakeholders, promoting clear communication and collaboration
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to understand partner needs, troubleshoot issues, and support operational solutions
- Maintain accurate CRM records documenting partner activities and performance data
- Conduct regular check-ins with institution international recruitment and admissions teams to build relationships and align strategies
- Plan and deliver regional webinars and seminars with recruitment partners and the internal sales team

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or recruitment, preferably in the education sector
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong understanding of enrollment processes and strategies within differentiated institutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in CRM software and data analysis tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Extensive travel required (15–20 working days per month)
