ApplyBoard is a platform that simplifies the study abroad application process by connecting international students, advisors, and educational institutions. This Enterprise Recruitment Representative role is based in Hyderabad and focuses on day-to-day support of institutional partners, driving enrollment growth and enhancing partner satisfaction.
You will execute recruitment strategies to help partners meet enrollment goals, serve as a brand ambassador for ApplyBoard, and lead initiatives to increase recruitment partner sign-ups. Key responsibilities include conducting high-volume partner engagement (5–8 recruitment partner visits daily), participating in education fairs, delivering targeted presentations to agents and prospective students, and training partners on processes, schools, and admission requirements. You'll promote premium service adoption, maintain accurate CRM records, conduct regular check-ins with international recruitment and admissions teams, and plan/deliver regional webinars and seminars.
Additional duties involve cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to understand partner needs and troubleshoot issues, serving as a liaison between institutions and ApplyBoard teams, and utilizing multiple engagement channels including cold calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn. The role requires extensive travel of 15–20 working days per month.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of experience in account management, sales, or recruitment, preferably in the education sector
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field (preferred)
- Strong understanding of enrollment processes and strategies within differentiated institutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in CRM software and data analysis tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to travel extensively (15–20 working days per month)
