ApplyBoard is a global platform that simplifies the study abroad application process by connecting international students, advisors, and educational institutions. This Enterprise Recruitment Representative role is based in Hyderabad and focuses on day-to-day support of institutional partners, driving enrollment growth, and enhancing partner satisfaction.
You will execute recruitment strategies tailored to help partners meet enrollment goals, serve as a brand ambassador for ApplyBoard's platform and services, and identify new business opportunities through proactive outreach. Key responsibilities include conducting high-volume partner engagement (5–8 recruitment partner visits daily), participating in education fairs, delivering presentations to agents and prospective students, and training partners on processes, schools, programs, and admission requirements.
You will promote premium service adoption, maintain accurate CRM records documenting partner activities and performance, and conduct regular check-ins with institutional recruitment and admissions teams to build relationships and align strategies. Cross-functional collaboration is essential—you'll work with internal teams to understand partner-specific needs, troubleshoot issues, and support operational solutions. You will also plan and deliver regional webinars and seminars with recruitment partners and the internal sales team.
The role requires extensive travel (15–20 working days per month) to engage with partners across the region. ApplyBoard has helped over 1.3 million students from 180+ countries and partners with 1,500+ institutions globally.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of experience in account management, sales, or recruitment, preferably in the education sector
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong understanding of enrollment processes and strategies within differentiated institutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in CRM software and data analysis tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to travel extensively (15–20 working days per month)
