Halter is a climate-tech company revolutionizing sustainable grazing practices through innovative technology that enables farmers and graziers to manage large herds without traditional infrastructure like fences, quad bikes, or dogs. The company is backed by tier-1 investors including Founders Fund, Bessemer Venture Partners, and DCVC.
As Enterprise Onboarding Specialist for APAC, you will lead the deployment of Halter across the company's largest and most complex customers—multi-farm operations managing thousands of cattle across multiple sites and management teams. This is a senior, hands-on role requiring significant ownership and accountability.
Key responsibilities include: building and executing multi-site rollout plans with complex timelines; managing relationships with senior stakeholders from ownership and executives to farm managers and field crews; serving as the single point of contact through the entire onboarding process; leading comprehensive training across enterprise accounts; working directly on farms to embed Halter into daily operations; navigating change management challenges including resistance and established workflows; coordinating with Sales, Support, and Product teams; solving problems and adapting plans as conditions change; identifying patterns across accounts to optimize deployment playbooks; and tracking key performance signals to measure success.
You'll spend significant time in the field alongside customers, making travel a core part of the role. Success depends equally on relationship management, executive alignment, and change management as on technical implementation.
Ideal candidates bring substantial experience owning senior customer relationships in enterprise customer success, key account management, or customer experience leadership roles. You should have a proven track record managing large, complex, multi-site customers where people management was as critical as project management. You're equally comfortable in boardrooms with executives and in paddocks with crews. Experience leading complex rollouts or enterprise change programs end-to-end is essential. You demonstrate commercial judgment, practical problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and clear communication tailored to different audiences. Agriculture or farming experience, particularly with large-scale operations, is a nice-to-have, as is prior startup or high-growth company experience.
