Unite Us is seeking an Enterprise Implementation Manager to lead the delivery of coordinated care network solutions to health and human services organizations. This role is part of the Product Delivery team and supports both remote implementation and occasional on-site embedded delivery models. You will lead end-to-end implementations ranging from small to large scale, serving as both project manager and primary customer point of contact. Responsibilities include conducting workflow assessments, planning and executing system configurations, overseeing go-live support, and managing cross-team dependencies to ensure timely delivery of contracted solutions. You will develop and execute project plans with customers, guide them through coordinated care network launches, and build relationships with program stakeholders, community partners, and service providers in the health and human services space. Additional duties include scoping customer collateral (training plans, workflow documentation, marketing materials), leading standard technical implementations such as SAML SSO, managing projects of varying complexity, and maintaining accurate internal systems for effective pipeline and resource management. The role requires strong project management, customer relationship management, and communication skills, with the ability to think on your feet and respond to rapidly changing situations. You will occasionally travel (approximately 20%) to support customer needs. Unite Us' mission is to unlock the potential of every community by connecting health and social services organizations, government agencies, and community-based organizations through a national network and software platform. The company was founded in 2013 to address barriers and inefficiencies in navigating health and social services, initially serving veterans and their families, and has expanded to serve all people needing connections to care across the country. REQUIREMENTS: - 3+ years of experience in a business, technology, consulting, public health, or social services environment - Proven implementation and project management skills - Experience building strong relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously with resourcefulness and creativity - Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to break down complex ideas and tailor messages to specific audiences - Demonstrated organizational and agile skills; ability to keep projects running smoothly while pivoting when needed - Experience analyzing data to pull insights, tell stories, and drive action - Experience learning new tools and software; preferred experience with Jira, Salesforce, and Google Suite
