The Enterprise Feed Manager role at Commerce (parent company of BigCommerce and Feedonomics) is responsible for managing a portfolio of 20+ premier advertising channel clients and driving successful feed initiatives across major platforms including Google, TikTok, and Meta. This position blends technical expertise with strategic client relationship management to optimize feed performance and deliver measurable business impact.
Key responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned clients, managing a book of business valued at $50K–$80K MRR with 150+ monthly billable hours. You will facilitate monthly strategic client meetings to review performance metrics, discuss initiatives, and build long-term partnerships. The role requires partnering with the Sales team to identify revenue-generating opportunities, support strategic business reviews, and drive product adoption across the Feedonomics platform.
On the technical side, you will configure and map data from various file formats (delimited files, XML, APIs, custom scripts) for platform integration. This includes assessing data quality, resolving discrepancies, and optimizing product feeds for performance. You'll install, troubleshoot, and maintain platform integrations to ensure reliable data synchronization and delivery across channels.
You'll also oversee multi-client communications, delegate operational and technical tasks to support teams, and maintain comprehensive documentation of account processes, optimization strategies, and client growth plans. Collaboration with Product and Engineering teams is essential to provide platform feedback and resolve technical challenges.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of experience in data feed account management with strong product data optimization knowledge, 3+ years in client-facing support roles, 3+ years in digital marketing and/or e-commerce performance, and 3+ years of project management experience. You must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication, strong organizational skills, and a customer-centric mindset while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
