As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager based in Munich, you will report to the Director of Customer Success for the DACH region and drive Synthesia's growth by building strong relationships with enterprise clients and ensuring their success with the platform. You will be responsible for educating clients on AI-powered video creation, working closely with the sales team to create seamless onboarding experiences, and managing a book of business with clear KPIs.
Key responsibilities include: managing enterprise client relationships and retention; coordinating regular check-ins with clients and senior stakeholders to assess health and identify growth opportunities; ensuring clients understand and realize ROI from Synthesia products; proactively identifying risks and opportunities; and light video editing using the Synthesia platform. You will engage in business-level and technical conversations across multiple organizational levels, including C-suite executives.
You should have customer-facing experience in Customer Success Management, Account Management, Technical Account Management, or Implementation, ideally in B2B SaaS. You must have a track record managing books of business, KPIs, risk management, and forecasting. Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to establish trusted advisor status with enterprise clients are essential. German language fluency is required for this Munich-based role.
