Salary: USD 180,000 - 240,000 / annual

Edia is a Series A AI-driven edtech company serving 300+ K-12 school districts across the US, impacting 1M+ students. The company develops software solutions for math education, chronic absenteeism reduction, and data-driven intervention processes. As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will own the customer lifecycle for high-value district accounts, driving both Gross Dollar Retention (GDR) and Net Dollar Retention (NDR). You'll serve as a trusted advisor to district leadership, administrators, and educators, ensuring they maximize value from Edia's AI platform. Key responsibilities include: - Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers across district leadership, focusing on high-value accounts and guiding customers through best practices in AI-powered student success. - Leverage deep knowledge of AI in education and K-12 challenges to analyze adoption trends, usage patterns, and student outcomes, providing data-backed recommendations that drive engagement and retention. - Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with district priorities, while implementing proactive retention strategies to mitigate churn. - Act as the voice of the customer, collaborating with product and engineering teams to influence the roadmap with feature requests and integrations that improve adoption and student outcomes. - Partner with customers to develop Joint Success Plans that align Edia's capabilities with district goals, and lead training sessions and workshops to equip educators with platform expertise. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Business, Computer Science, or related field; 5+ years in customer success, management consulting, or consultative SaaS roles; proven ability to navigate complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; exceptional communication and executive influence; demonstrated success managing and expanding customer accounts; experience implementing production technology solutions and driving change management; passion for K-12 education and AI-driven innovation. Startup experience and MBA are pluses.
