Salary: USD 125,000 - 145,000 / annual

As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will own a portfolio of 15–20 high-value enterprise accounts, reporting directly to the Head of Customer Operations. You will drive customer outcomes, retention, expansion, and executive alignment across your strategic book of business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the full customer lifecycle for enterprise accounts, from onboarding through renewal and expansion
- Building multi-threaded relationships with executive sponsors, People/HR teams, Finance, and administrators
- Developing and executing account plans, success plans, and renewal/expansion strategies in partnership with Sales
- Monitoring customer health and renewal risk; proactively leading mitigation for at-risk accounts
- Serving as the voice of the enterprise customer to Product and Engineering teams
- Creating and iterating on repeatable Customer Success playbooks, executive business review content, and internal processes
You will work in a fast-growing Customer Success organization (currently 12 people) that is expanding across all departments. This is an opportunity to shape enterprise customer success processes while working with an innovative team focused on benefits administration.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management in SaaS, fintech, healthcare, or Benefits; enterprise experience strongly preferred
- Direct experience working in the Benefits space and/or with complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise customers
- Proven success in quota-driven roles with focus on retention and expansion
- Proven track record managing and growing high-value enterprise accounts, including renewals, executive engagement, and expansion
- Demonstrated ability to analyze customer data and business insights to shape account strategy and influence stakeholder decision-making
- Ability to engage customer teams at varying technical and non-technical levels, from end users and administrators through C-level stakeholders
- Experience orchestrating cross-functional teams and communicating customer needs, risks, and opportunities to Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering
