Otter is a software platform that helps restaurants succeed in online food delivery. The company serves enterprise customers including Chick-fil-A, Ben & Jerry's, KFC, and Eataly, helping them increase sales, reduce order issues, and streamline delivery operations.
As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will own a portfolio of global enterprise accounts and drive business outcomes through strategic partnership, data-driven insights, and deep product knowledge. You'll act as a trusted advisor to our most important customers, helping them thrive in the evolving online ordering and restaurant technology landscape.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the full customer lifecycle across large enterprise accounts, with focus on retention, expansion, and profitability
- Serving as a long-term trusted advisor, identifying new growth opportunities within existing relationships
- Leveraging expertise in food & beverage, online delivery, or restaurant tech to provide credible, relevant insights
- Using data and business acumen to identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Understanding restaurant operations and financials to solve complex business challenges and deliver tangible value
- Tracking performance metrics, guiding product improvements, and serving as a product expert on key calls
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders, de-escalating issues, and negotiating positive outcomes
You bring 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Enterprise Account Management, or Strategic Consulting. You have a proven track record managing complex, high-value customer relationships at the enterprise level. You possess strong understanding of restaurant operations, hospitality tech, or food delivery ecosystems, with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. You're data-driven, able to translate metrics into business impact, and experienced navigating product conversations and influencing cross-functional teams.
The role is based in the Los Angeles office with five-day-per-week onsite work. Base salary ranges from $122,000 to $143,000 annually, with eligibility for equity awards and performance-based bonuses.
