Brex is seeking an Enterprise Client Sales Executive to own a portfolio of high-value accounts within its Enterprise segment. You will drive revenue growth by strategically increasing card adoption and expanding client use of Brex's Spend Management suite (Expense Management, Bill Pay, Travel, and global payments). Your responsibilities include managing complex renewal and expansion cycles end-to-end, from early account strategy through negotiation and close, ensuring strong commercial outcomes.
You will build executive-level relationships and multi-thread across stakeholders (finance, procurement, and operations) to strengthen account resilience and act as a trusted advisor. You'll proactively identify expansion opportunities by analyzing account performance, usage headroom, and competitive signals. A key part of your role is driving long-term retention by understanding client health and business needs, developing strategies to mitigate churn risk, and solidifying partnerships.
You will operate with ownership, anticipating client needs, addressing risks early, and taking accountability for revenue and retention outcomes. Cross-functional collaboration is essential—you'll partner with Customer Success, Solutions Consultants, Underwriting, RevOps, and Product to deliver unified client outcomes. You'll maintain rigorous sales discipline with consistent pipeline hygiene, accurate forecasting, and comprehensive account planning. Additionally, you'll surface insights and advocate for clients internally, influencing product roadmap and operational improvements, and solve complex problems with judgment and creativity to convert competitive threats into opportunities.
The role is based in San Francisco with a hybrid arrangement requiring three days per week in office (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday), plus up to four weeks per year of fully remote work. You'll need 5+ years of B2B closing experience in SaaS, payments, or financial technology, proven success managing enterprise-level accounts with complex deal cycles, and a consistent record of exceeding quota. Experience with renewal and expansion cycles, multi-product upsell/cross-sell, and sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong is required. Preferred qualifications include deep knowledge of corporate cards, underwriting, or credit risk management; experience selling financial operations platforms; recognition as a top performer; and exposure to enterprise procurement processes.
