Trustpilot is a profitable, high-growth FTSE-250 company operating the world's largest open customer review platform. As an Enterprise Business Development Representative, you'll be a strategic driver of pipeline growth for the Enterprise Sales Team, working to expand Trustpilot's global footprint among top-tier brands and retailers. You will identify, target, and map complex enterprise-level accounts, researching prospective companies to identify C-level and VP-level decision-makers and generate qualified interest. Working closely with Senior Enterprise Account Executives, you'll co-develop and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns using phone, email, and social channels while sharing market insights. Key responsibilities include maintaining an organized outbound pipeline with strong data hygiene in Salesforce, applying deal qualification methodologies (MEDICC or equivalent) to progress opportunities, and identifying whitespace accounts to uncover untapped revenue opportunities. You'll own performance metrics including Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQOs), pipeline generated, and revenue from closed deals. You bring 1+ years of outbound sales experience, preferably in B2B SaaS/Tech, with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding pipeline targets. You're skilled at mapping accounts and navigating complex corporate structures, proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM systems, and experienced with sales intelligence tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or ZoomInfo. You're comfortable with multi-channel prospecting, handle rejection resiliently, and possess strong business acumen in e-commerce and digital ecosystems. You're a collaborative team player, adaptable to modern sales tools and AI-driven workflows, with clear communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset. The role offers a hybrid work setup (3 days office, 2 days remote), competitive base salary with uncapped commission and company bonus, and 25 days holiday annually (increasing to 28 after 2 years). This is a high-visibility position with clear advancement opportunities into closing Account Executive roles.
