Salary: USD 120,749 - 162,955 / annual
Parts Town, a fast-growing distributor of restaurant equipment, HVAC, and residential appliance parts, seeks an Enterprise Applications Delivery Lead to oversee the delivery, optimization, and support of critical enterprise business applications and integration platforms.
In this role, you will lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise application initiatives including ERP, CRM, integration, supply chain, procurement, and customer-facing platforms. You'll manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation while establishing delivery governance, project standards, and release management processes. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, architects, and external partners.
You'll own application lifecycle management for critical enterprise systems, driving enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives. You'll ensure application performance, availability, security, and compliance requirements are met, and develop application roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
Oversight of enterprise integration solutions—including APIs, EDI, middleware, and cloud integration platforms—is a key responsibility. You'll collaborate with architects to define scalable integration strategies and support modernization initiatives leveraging SAP Integration Suite, APIs, cloud services, and automation technologies.
Stakeholder engagement is central: you'll partner with business leaders to understand strategic priorities, facilitate prioritization of enhancements, communicate project status to executive leadership, and manage vendor relationships and SLAs.
You'll establish KPIs and service metrics for enterprise application delivery, drive process standardization and automation, ensure adherence to IT governance and compliance frameworks, and lead incident management for critical applications.
Team leadership includes mentoring application delivery, business analysis, and support teams, fostering accountability and collaboration, and supporting resource planning and capability development.
Required: 8+ years supporting and delivering enterprise applications; 5+ years leading cross-functional projects or delivery teams; hands-on experience with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar); strong understanding of enterprise integration technologies, APIs, EDI, and middleware; vendor and system integrator management experience; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
