Writer is an enterprise generative AI platform helping Fortune 100 companies orchestrate AI-powered work. The company is valued at $1.9B and backed by leading investors including Premji Invest, Radical Ventures, and ICONIQ Growth.
You will serve as a strategic transformation lead for Writer's most strategic Fortune 50-100 accounts, acting as a high-impact partner who moves beyond software implementation to help large organizations fundamentally rethink how they work. You'll sit at the intersection of business strategy and cutting-edge AI technology, translating the Writer platform into measurable P&L impact and helping executives navigate the shift to an AI-first operating model.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of strategic customers while leading ROI and value initiatives in partnership with customer success managers
- Acting as a strategic transformation partner for Fortune 50-100 customers by setting vision, defining job-to-be-done (JTBD) frameworks, and driving AI adoption with leadership teams
- Building and maintaining C-suite relationships as a trusted advisor to make AI a top priority for executives
- Leading value realization and ROI delivery through analysis, surveys, and interviews to frame P&L impact in business reviews
- Orchestrating complex cross-functional programs across multiple stakeholders, managing customer teams, escalations, risk mitigation, and program updates
- Proactively identifying and driving expansion opportunities by anticipating customer needs and collaborating with sales on cross-sell and upsell initiatives
- Scaling transformation best practices by creating and operationalizing decks, frameworks, and communications for the wider team
You will report to the Director of AI Transformation and Success. This is a hybrid role based out of the San Francisco or Seattle hub.
Requirements:
- 5-9 years of experience in strategic account management or transformation consulting for Fortune 50-100 companies with a proven track record of building C-suite relationships and leading large-scale transformations
- Mastery of change management and strategic thinking with the ability to set vision, define frameworks, and translate capabilities to measurable outcomes and P&L impact
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, including ability to lead composed presentations to boards while orchestrating cross-functional teams and resolving conflicts
- Curious mindset and active listening style that marks you as a genuine leader people want to follow
- Strong professional background in management consulting or strategy advisory to navigate customers' complex business environments
