In this Enterprise Account Partner role, you will manage and expand Veeva's strategic relationships with Europe's top pharmaceutical companies in the Nordics region. You will serve as the primary point of contact for VP and C-level executives, driving value through Veeva's Commercial Cloud (software, data, and business consulting services).
Key Responsibilities:
- Protect and expand Veeva's footprint through robust daily account management and operational excellence
- Develop and implement account vision, strategy, and ways of working with key pharma clients
- Serve as the trusted long-term partner and ambassador for customer needs within Veeva
- Nurture relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders across Commercial, Medical, IT, and procurement functions
- Navigate complex sales cycles, articulate value propositions, and manage contract negotiations and license renewals
- Manage account administration and provide accurate forecasting input
- Stay current with industry trends and expand knowledge of Veeva's legacy and novel offerings
You will work closely with an international team of product and service owners aligned toward customer success, with flexibility to work from home or in the office.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of combined experience in software sales and/or consulting
- Deep understanding of the Life Sciences industry and familiarity with digital transformation for Commercial functions
- Proven track record of cultivating multi-layered relationships across business, IT, and procurement functions
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Self-starter mentality with minimal need for direct supervision
- Professional proficiency in English and Danish
