Partly is building the world's first global platform for replacement parts, starting with auto parts. Founded by ex-Rocket Lab engineers and backed by investors including Blackbird Ventures, Square Peg, and Octopus Ventures, the company provides scalable digital infrastructure to hundreds of global businesses. This is the first Enterprise Account Manager role at Partly—there is no existing playbook or ramp to inherit. You will own Partly's multi-site repairer groups and carry a revenue goal on them. Your core responsibilities include: **Go-Live Ownership**: Own the end-to-end go-live of every site in your book, from signature to first order. You carry the metric for live sites, not signed sites. You run rollouts with each group's head office, managing site lists, sequencing, training, and first-week execution. **Repair AI Rollout**: Own the rollout of Partly's flagship agentic capability across your groups. You will pilot the product, prove the case using the customer's own data (hours saved, margin won, jobs touched), and scale it across the group. You identify the next job worth automating and feed product feedback directly to the engineering team based on real shop operations. **Commercial Ownership**: Carry the full commercial relationship—rates, rollout commitments, renewals, and deal terms. You structure deals so both sides win when adoption rises and escalate to the Sales Director when account economics don't fit the standard model, bringing proposals not problems. **Playbook Development**: Work out what makes a group transition from signed to ordering, and what causes stalls. You prove the pattern on your own accounts first, then codify it into a repeatable motion: the rollout sequence, pilot design, proof methodology, and the conversation that changes how a site buys. Success is measured by whether the next hire can pick up your playbook and achieve the same result. You will spend significant time in the market with customers—bodyshops and collision repair facilities. This is not a desk role. You will diagnose accounts independently, design pilots, and sit closer to how a bodyshop operates than anyone else at Partly. **Requirements** - Proven track record taking an early-stage product into an existing customer base where the pitch is still being refined and pilots determine success - Ability to design a playbook from scratch, not just execute an existing one - Experience carrying and hitting a number on existing accounts through adoption and expansion, not just new logos - Commercial credibility and self-sufficiency with account data; ability to diagnose accounts and build independent views - Comfort operating in ambiguity and willingness to write the playbook as you go - Willingness to spend time in the market with customers - Bonus: automotive aftermarket, collision repair, or parts distribution background, or experience selling products where usage (not just signature) is the paid event The company notes that if you don't have all listed skills but believe you could be outstanding in the role, you should still apply.
