Showpad is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to drive revenue growth across a portfolio of strategic, high-value customer accounts. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on account expansion, pipeline development, and customer success. Key responsibilities include: - Achieve and exceed annual and quarterly revenue targets through account expansion and upsell/cross-sell opportunities - Develop and execute comprehensive account plans with strategic account mapping (chessboard) for each key account - Build and manage a qualified pipeline through prospecting, research, networking, cold calling, exhibitions, and partnerships - Manage a dedicated Business Development Representative (BDR) to execute lead generation and nurturing strategies - Organize stakeholder meetings to present Showpad's sales enablement platform and capabilities - Collaborate on high-quality, account-specific sales collateral and ABM initiatives - Negotiate contracts and SLAs aligned with company objectives - Indirectly lead cross-functional support teams (technical, customer success) to achieve account objectives - Provide accurate pipeline forecasts and reporting - Identify and communicate market trends, competitor activity, and customer buying process developments - Foster strong, lasting client relationships and promote Showpad capabilities across customer organizations Required qualifications: - 4+ years selling enterprise software solutions - 3+ years proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales targets - Bachelor's degree with strong verbal and numerical skills - Experience selling to C-level executives - Demonstrated negotiation and closing abilities - Experience leading and winning RFPs - Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (presales, customer success, product, operations) - Strong ownership mentality, goal-setting, and prioritization skills - Proven success in account startup and transition to operational management The role is hybrid, requiring 2 days per week in the Chicago office.
