Sage is a care intelligence platform for senior living and skilled nursing facilities. The platform connects hardware (nurse call, fall management, wander management) with software that caregivers actually use, producing reliable operational data that gives facility operators a true picture of how their communities are running.
As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will drive expansion revenue by transforming pilot deployments into multi-community rollouts across senior living operators. You'll own the land-and-expand motion, building and deepening relationships with C-suite and regional leaders at operators, REITs, and PE-owned platforms. Your responsibilities include:
• Develop and execute expansion strategies moving operators from pilots to multi-community deployments, identifying cross-sell and add-on opportunities
• Maintain accurate expansion pipeline forecasts and deliver against quarterly revenue and retention targets
• Build executive relationships with C-suite and regional leaders; lead business reviews and align on strategic goals
• Quantify operational and clinical value (workflow efficiency, risk reduction, care outcomes) and create compelling business cases for budget approval
• Translate operator goals into clear action plans and orchestrate cross-functional efforts across Implementation, Client Success, Product, Engineering, and Marketing
• Serve as executive escalation path for both Sage and operator partners; anticipate and resolve issues quickly
• Participate in executive meetings, conferences, and industry events to deepen relationships and unlock growth
This is a high-visibility, high-ownership role requiring up to 50% discretionary travel, including onsite partner visits and regular collaboration at the NYC office in Union Square.
Minimum Qualifications:
• 7+ years in enterprise account management, sales, or business development, ideally in B2B technology
• Proven track record driving expansion revenue through upsells, cross-sells, or broader enterprise adoption
• Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and building VP/C-suite relationships
• Strong pipeline management, forecasting discipline, and consistent performance against revenue targets
• Ability to articulate product value and build compelling business cases for executive stakeholders
• High ownership, strong commercial instincts, and comfort working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with hardware-enabled technology, IoT, or integrated software-hardware solutions
• Familiarity with senior living, skilled nursing, healthcare, or other operationally complex industries
• Experience expanding accounts across multiple locations, business units, or regional teams
• Experience building repeatable expansion playbooks or scaling pilots into enterprise-wide deployments
• Familiarity with complex enterprise ownership structures, including private equity-backed businesses
