Pulley is an AI-powered platform that streamlines commercial permitting across the US, helping architects, builders, and retailers accelerate project timelines. The company works with major brands like J.Crew, Solidcore, and Hibbett Sports, as well as large-scale infrastructure projects including data center buildouts and EV charging networks.
As Pulley's second Enterprise Account Manager, you will own a portfolio of 20–40 enterprise and mid-market customers, driving renewals, expansion, and long-term account growth. This is a quota-carrying role that combines strategic relationship management with hands-on execution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing customer relationships from onboarding through renewal and beyond
- Driving revenue growth through renewals and account expansion opportunities
- Building multi-level stakeholder relationships from end users to C-suite executives
- Leading executive business reviews and strategic account planning sessions
- Collaborating with customer success, product, engineering, and sales teams to deliver exceptional outcomes
- Gathering customer feedback and market insights to inform product improvements
You should have 3–5+ years of enterprise account management, customer success, or quota-carrying commercial experience. You need a proven track record owning renewals and expansion within existing accounts, managing complex B2B relationships with multiple stakeholders, and consistently achieving quota. Strong communication, organization, and account planning skills are essential. You thrive in fast-moving startup environments where you balance strategic thinking with tactical execution and cross-functional collaboration.
Experience in construction technology, property technology, or operationally complex B2B SaaS is a plus, as is familiarity with customer delivery, operations, or professional services partnerships. The role is hybrid based in New York City.
