Salary: USD 207,000 - 258,000 / annual

Brex is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to own a portfolio of high-value accounts within its Enterprise segment. You will drive revenue growth and ensure sustained client success through disciplined execution, strategic influence, and consultative engagement. Key responsibilities include: driving revenue expansion across your book by increasing card adoption and expanding use of Brex's Spend Management suite (Expense Management, Bill Pay, Travel, and global payments); maintaining long-term retention by understanding client health and proactively mitigating churn risk; identifying and prioritizing expansion opportunities through account performance analysis; leading renewal and expansion cycles end-to-end from strategy through close; building executive-level relationships and multi-threading across finance, procurement, and operations stakeholders; operating with ownership and accountability for revenue and retention outcomes; partnering cross-functionally with Customer Success, Solutions Consultants, Underwriting, RevOps, and Product; maintaining rigorous sales discipline with pipeline hygiene and forecasting; surfacing client insights to influence product roadmap; and solving complex problems creatively to convert competitive threats into retention and expansion opportunities. Required qualifications: 5+ years of B2B closing experience in SaaS, payments, or financial technology; proven success managing enterprise-level accounts with complex deal cycles and executive engagement; consistent record of exceeding quota in competitive environments; demonstrated mastery of renewal and expansion cycles with high-value negotiations; track record of driving net revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell; proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and strong pipeline discipline. Preferred: deep knowledge of corporate cards, underwriting, rewards, or credit risk; experience selling financial operations platforms; recognition as top performer (President's Club); exposure to enterprise procurement and competitive fintech sales cycles. The role is hybrid, based in NYC, requiring three days per week in office (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday) with up to four weeks annual fully remote work.
