As an Enterprise Account Executive (West), you will drive net-new revenue by managing the complete sales cycle for Writer's enterprise AI agent platform, targeting global enterprises with under 8,000 employees. You will prospect and qualify new enterprise opportunities within target verticals and account lists, then guide executive-level discussions and negotiations to ensure alignment with customer business goals. Your responsibilities include partnering cross-functionally with product and customer success teams to refine value propositions and co-create tailored solutions, owning your book of business with accountability for long-term impact, and maintaining accurate pipeline data for forecasting and reporting to leadership. You will become a trusted product expert, educating users on platform setup and going hands-on where needed to unlock value.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years of quota-carrying enterprise SaaS sales experience, ideally in high-growth or complex value-based sales motions
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual quotas
- Skilled in outbound prospecting, consultative selling, and executive stakeholder management
- Strong communication skills with ability to connect across functions and listen actively to diverse perspectives
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and owning outcomes in fast-paced, collaborative environments
- Strong executive-level presentation skills
