Partly is building frontier AI infrastructure for repair, starting with the $2 trillion automotive market. The company's flagship product, Interpreter, is an AI model trained on 1M+ car models and 1B+ parts that reads repair jobs with 98.8% parts-list accuracy—outperforming traditional tools at 92.1%. Partly powers PartlyRepair (used by collision shops and workshops), PartlyLabs (agentic infrastructure for enterprises), and a developer API. Founded by ex-Rocket Lab engineers, Partly raised a $50M Series B led by DST Global (Anthropic, Airbnb, Meta, TikTok, Spotify) and is scaling rapidly across the US, UK, and Australasia. As Enterprise Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle for multi-site operators (MSOs)—national and regional collision and mechanical chains running hundreds of US shops. You'll map the US MSO market, prioritize accounts by volume and readiness, and open doors at operations, procurement, and executive levels. You'll manage complex enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders across operations, estimating, parts, IT, and finance from discovery through commercial negotiation. You'll design pilots with Product and Solutions teams, establish measurable success criteria with customers, and use pilot results to win network-wide rollouts. You'll hand off signed customers to the MSO Account Manager to ensure weekly active use across their sites. You'll also feed insights back into the sales playbook—pricing, objections, integrations, buying process—to accelerate future MSO deals. Partly operates with an office-first model in Austin, London, Auckland, and Christchurch, with quarterly "Season Openers" bringing the full team together (travel and accommodation covered). The company offers relocation assistance if you're moving to join. REQUIREMENTS: - Closed enterprise deals in B2B software, data, or platform sales; must be able to walk through deal cycles in detail - US automotive aftermarket or collision experience; understanding of how MSOs buy, how shops source parts, and who signs off - Demonstrated multi-stakeholder selling across operations, procurement, IT, and C-suite - Pipeline discipline: honest forecasting and accurate CRM hygiene without external chasing - Builder mindset: excited by early markets with no established playbook - Bonus: prior sales experience into MSOs or dealer groups for estimating, parts, DMS, or shop management platforms - Bonus: early sales hire experience at a high-growth company
