Qualtrics is expanding its presence in Korea and seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new customer acquisition and expansion within strategic accounts. You will work closely with regional sales, solutions engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to position the Qualtrics XM platform with senior leaders in marketing, research, and HR functions across large Korean enterprises.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification through solution design, negotiation, and close. You'll develop and execute territory plans that prioritize high-potential accounts with measurable objectives around pipeline targets, average contract value (ACV), and close velocity. You'll manage multi-stakeholder buying committees, maintain disciplined pipeline and forecast reporting in Salesforce, and partner with Solutions Engineering and Marketing to create tailored demos, pilots, and demand-generation campaigns that convert senior buyers.
You'll represent Qualtrics at industry events to build local market presence and generate long-term pipeline. As you grow in the role, you'll build strategic relationships with senior leaders across Korea, deepen expertise in experience management and enterprise sales processes (including pilot design, POCs, and procurement navigation), and have opportunities to influence go-to-market strategy and mentor junior sellers.
Qualtrics operates a hybrid work model: three days per week in the office (Mondays, Thursdays, plus one day selected by your organizational leader), with flexibility to work remotely the rest of the week.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 8+ years selling SaaS, with ideally 2–3 years focused on enterprise-level accounts
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders in marketing, market research, HR, or similar buyer groups within large Korean enterprises
- Native proficiency in Korean and strong business proficiency in English
- Demonstrated ability to self-source opportunities, manage complex deals, and meet or exceed quota
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com and structured sales processes
- Background in MarTech, HRTech, or Market Research tech is highly desirable
