Pallet is building AI Agents to transform the physical economy, a $12 trillion global industry. The company has raised $50M from top investors including General Catalyst, Bessemer Venture Partners, and Bain Capital Ventures, achieving 700% revenue growth in under two years. Pallet's platform automates manual supply chain workflows—from scheduling and appointment setting to data entry and load management—while its newest product, CoPallet, introduces AI Agents that understand and execute requests in real time.
As an Enterprise Account Executive for EMEA, you will own net-new enterprise acquisition across Europe, building relationships with the largest logistics providers and helping establish the playbook for international expansion. This is a highly consultative enterprise sales role focused on educating customers on AI-powered workflow automation.
You will own the full enterprise sales cycle from outbound prospecting through contract signature. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining a 3x-4x qualified pipeline through disciplined outbound execution while self-sourcing at least 30% of opportunities. You will develop relationships with executive stakeholders (COO, CIO, VP Operations, VP Supply Chain, VP Technology) across Europe's largest logistics providers, lead consultative discovery sessions mapping operational workflows to Pallet's AI capabilities, scope and lead structured pilots demonstrating measurable ROI, and build executive business cases aligning operational improvements with financial outcomes. You will also document repeatable customer use cases and market feedback to shape Pallet's product roadmap and international go-to-market strategy.
Initially, this role will be remote from London while the company establishes its UK presence. Once the London office opens, the role will transition to in-office five days per week when not traveling to customer sites. You will work 9:00am-6:00pm London time, spending mornings and early afternoons with European customers and prospects, late afternoons collaborating with US-based teams, and approximately 75% of your time traveling across Europe for customer meetings, executive workshops, pilots, and industry events.
You will report directly to the General Manager, London for territory strategy, customer relationships, and international expansion, and work closely with the Head of Sales on weekly pipeline reviews, forecasting, and sales process alignment.
