Salary: USD 300,000 - 320,000 / annual
BigPanda is an AI-driven IT operations (AIOps) platform company backed by top-tier investors including Sequoia, Mayfield, and Battery Ventures. The company enables Tech Ops teams at enterprises like Hulu, Cisco, and United to eliminate IT noise, automate incident management, and keep digital services running 24/7.
You will join BigPanda's enterprise sales team as an Account Executive focused on the LATAM region, working remotely from the US (with flexibility for Florida-based candidates). This is an individual contributor role with support from experienced sales professionals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through close
- Building relationships and credibility with C-level executives and enterprise decision-makers
- Conducting product demonstrations and helping prospects evaluate BigPanda's AIOps solutions
- Identifying and solving IT-related pain points for prospective clients
- Executing a disciplined sales process with consistent, value-add prospecting
- Forecasting accurately and achieving revenue targets
- Collaborating with a team committed to customer success and professional development
You should bring:
- Proven track record as a SaaS sales professional with consistent quota overachievement
- Experience selling enterprise solutions, ideally in a startup environment
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
- Sales methodology training and forecast management experience
- Ability to lead full sales cycles and present to C-level executives
- Commitment to thoughtful prospecting and continuous professional growth
- Openness to feedback and challenge
Compensation is competitive with a 50/50 base/commission split, OTE of $300,000-$320,000 depending on experience and location.
