Salary: USD 281,300 - 453,500 / annual

As an Enterprise Account Executive III, you will drive ARR growth from new business and expansion of existing customers across North America through complex sales cycles. You will articulate Camunda's value proposition to multiple levels of technical and business leadership, manage technical discovery and evaluations, lead presentations, and navigate financial and legal negotiations. You will collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Product leaders, and partners (GSI and Regional) to understand and support customer use cases. You will leverage multiple communication methods and work with Account Development Representatives to build new contacts in middle and senior leadership across the enterprise landscape. This is a fully remote role within a globally distributed, AI-first organization that is transforming how enterprises move AI from pilots to production safely and at scale. REQUIREMENTS: - 7+ years of quota attainment within an Enterprise SaaS Account Executive role - 3+ years of experience selling complex software solutions to Enterprise Healthcare, Life Sciences, Insurance, and/or medical tech companies (10k+ employees), articulating business value and navigating complex buying centers across business and IT stakeholders - Proven track record of success selling $1M+ multi-year contracts - Command of Sales Methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Challenger Sales - Track record of building new pipeline generation via outbound campaigns - Ability to manage a high-performing Account Team, driving strategy and execution - Strong collaborator, innovator, and problem solver - Alignment with company FAITH values
