Anthropic is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive based in Seoul to drive adoption of frontier AI systems among Korea's healthcare and life sciences enterprises. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting through deployment—targeting pharmaceutical and biotech companies, CDMOs, CROs, medical device makers, hospital systems, and digital health providers. Your role combines consultative selling with deep market expertise to unlock new value streams and help customers embed AI capabilities across R&D, clinical development, regulatory, manufacturing, and patient-facing functions.
Key responsibilities include: winning new business and exceeding revenue quotas in Korea; designing and executing innovative sales strategies tailored to the Korean Healthcare & Life Sciences landscape; identifying and spearheading expansion into new customer segments and use cases; navigating Korea's complex healthcare regulatory environment (MFDS, MOHW, PIPA, Medical Service Act, GxP/validation); gathering customer feedback to inform product roadmaps; and refining sales methodology through documented playbooks and best practices.
You will collaborate closely with GTM, product, and marketing teams to continuously refine value propositions and market positioning. The role requires both strategic market analysis and tactical execution to capture opportunities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You'll build relationships across all customer levels, from individual contributors to C-suite executives, and help enterprises navigate the ethical and technical dimensions of deploying advanced AI systems.
