Salary: USD 300,000 - 350,000 / annual
LangChain is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join its growing go-to-market team in Dallas. You'll own the full sales cycle for LangChain's AI agent platform, working with technical teams at enterprise companies to help them discover, evaluate, and adopt LangChain's products including LangSmith and open-source frameworks.
In this role, you'll act as a trusted advisor to prospects, learning their needs and demonstrating how LangChain's solutions solve real problems in generative AI adoption. You'll drive proof-of-concept efforts in collaboration with sales engineers and product experts, staying current on product updates and industry trends to educate customers effectively. You'll manage the complete sales process from lead stage through close, negotiate pricing and deal terms, and work with legal on contract redlines.
You'll build long-term customer relationships, support post-sale success in partnership with deployment and support teams, and bring customer insights back to product and engineering to inform the roadmap. As part of a growing team, you'll help define and iterate on the sales playbook and shape go-to-market strategies.
Success requires 5+ years selling complex software to enterprise customers, strong relationship-building skills, excellent communication and storytelling abilities, and technical acumen to establish credibility with technical decision makers. You thrive in fast-paced startup environments, are solutions-oriented, and passionate about generative AI. The role is based in Dallas with openness to candidates across Texas.
