Slip Robotics is a B2B Robotics-as-a-Service company deploying autonomous loading and unloading robots at warehouse and fulfillment sites across North America. The company serves Fortune 500 and enterprise-tier manufacturers, 3PLs, retailers, and logistics operators, with customers ranging from some of the largest shippers in the industry. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will own the end-to-end pursuit of the largest, most strategically valuable accounts in your territory. You'll be responsible for selling multi-site, multi-year Robots-as-a-Service contracts where single wins can mean millions in annual recurring revenue. Your role involves building relationships at the C-suite and VP level, quarterbacking complex multi-stakeholder buying processes, and crafting compelling business cases that quantify operational and financial impact. Key responsibilities include: owning a named enterprise account list and developing multi-threaded relationships from operational buyers to C-suite decision-makers; driving the full sales cycle on complex, multi-site RaaS contracts from initial outreach through close; building and executing account plans identifying expansion opportunities and paths to enterprise-wide adoption; developing boardroom-ready ROI presentations tailored to financial and operational priorities; leading cross-functional pursuit teams coordinating solutions engineering, operations, and leadership; identifying and navigating complex procurement, legal, and IT processes; establishing Slip Robotics as the trusted automation partner of record; partnering with Customer Success post-close for successful deployment and expansion readiness; accurately forecasting enterprise pipeline in CRM; and representing the company at senior-level industry events and strategic customer engagements. You should have 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience with a consistent track record of closing 6- and 7-figure deals. Experience selling complex, consultative solutions—capital equipment, RaaS, SaaS, or managed services—into Fortune 500 or enterprise-tier industrial, logistics, or manufacturing organizations is required. You must be a skilled hunter and strategic relationship builder who can open doors at the highest levels and build winning coalitions. Deep familiarity with supply chain, warehouse, dock operations, or freight logistics is essential. You should be fluent in enterprise procurement processes, capable of building data-driven business cases and ROI models that resonate with CFOs and operations leaders, and a natural collaborator who can quarterback internal teams while maintaining clear external deal leadership.
