Scenario is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to build and own the US sales pipeline from scratch. This is a full-cycle sales role focused on landing new enterprise logos with creative studios, game publishers, and content teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Outbound prospecting to studios, publishers, and creative teams via direct outreach and industry events
- Re-engagement of dormant US accounts in the CRM and qualification of inbound self-serve sign-ups
- Full-cycle deal management: discovery, live product demos tailored to each studio's use case, procurement and security reviews, and contract closure
- Expansion within signed accounts by helping Scenario spread to additional teams, working closely with Customer Success
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales forecasts
- Gathering structured customer feedback to inform product development and strategy
You will own new enterprise logos and the entire pipeline from first touch to signed contract. You will not own post-signature onboarding, adoption, renewals, or European accounts (handled by the Paris sales team).
Scenario's product is an AI-powered creative software platform used by studios like Supercell, Scopely, and Tripledot. The role requires deep familiarity with how game studios and creative teams produce content and where generative AI fits into their workflows.
Requirements:
- Proven track record as a full-cycle account executive at a startup with documented quota attainment and deal-by-deal success
- Fluency in creative software (Unity, Unreal, Adobe) and generative AI tools; ability to demo Scenario live during the interview
- Demonstrated ability to build pipeline from zero through outbound sequences, research, and event participation
- Based in the United States with fluent English and willingness to travel to studios and industry events
- Must be able to describe how game studios produce art and articulate where AI fits into that pipeline
- Must be a hands-on closer who prospects and closes deals personally (not a manager profile)
- Must be comfortable running full demos independently without requiring founder or sales engineer support
