Omnea is a Series B AI-native procurement platform that has raised $75M from Khosla Ventures, Insight Partners, and Accel. The company is solving enterprise procurement—a massive pain point where single purchases can drag on for months, trigger 50+ emails, and require approval from Finance, Legal, Security, and IT. Omnea's platform connects every person, step, and system to make buying fast, safe, and efficient, with automated approvals, real-time supplier risk, and complete spend visibility. The company has 10x'd ARR to double-digit millions in 18 months and is trusted by global enterprises including Spotify, MongoDB, Monzo, and Albertsons. Omnea was recently ranked the 4th fastest growing startup in Europe and the Sunday Times' #1 Best Medium Sized Tech Company To Work for. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will close six-figure deals with CFOs, CPOs, and C-suite executives at companies with 500–8,000+ employees. You'll host CFO dinners, roundtables, and executive events to build relationships with senior buyers and compress deal cycles. You'll feed frontline deal intelligence directly into product and GTM strategy, giving you more influence on the roadmap than at most companies twice Omnea's size. As the company scales, you'll have the opportunity to run a pod—owning a geography, a vertical, or a team. Omnea operates on a hybrid model with in-person presence required Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at the Melbourne office. The company emphasizes this together-time as critical at this stage of the company lifecycle. Omnea offers competitive geo-localized benefits and has established a Future Founders fund to support employee entrepreneurship. REQUIREMENTS: - 3–6+ years of experience closing complex, high-value deals; you've sold six-figure (or larger) contracts to C-suite economic buyers. Mid-market experience is acceptable if you've consistently ranked top of your team and have closed enterprise customers. - Elite relationship builder who understands the difference between a contact and a champion; you've won deals because of relationship strength. - Hunter mentality: you can manufacture pipeline without warm inbound leads and don't shy away from hard work. - Executive presence: you can hold a room with a CFO from the first interaction; your credibility is immediate. - Obsessively prepared: you know more about the prospect's situation than they expect, every time. - Low ego, high accountability: you're willing to do grunt work, competitive with yourself first, take feedback and act on it, and share credit when you win.
