Salary: USD 300,000 - 320,000 / annual
Lyric is an enterprise AI platform purpose-built for supply chain optimization and decision intelligence. The company serves Fortune 500 enterprises including Smurfit WestRock, Estée Lauder, and Coca-Cola, offering both out-of-the-box AI solutions and a composable platform approach that combines no-code tools, custom code, and forked solutions.
You will own the complete enterprise sales cycle for supply chain AI deals, from initial prospect engagement through contract close and account expansion. This is a high-autonomy role on an early-stage, high-performing GTM team where you'll directly influence sales strategy, methodology, and execution.
Key responsibilities include: prospecting and engaging enterprise stakeholders to understand supply chain and operational challenges; translating those challenges into quantified business impact; managing complex multi-stakeholder deal cycles with C-level and technical buyers; developing and refining the land-and-expand sales playbook; maintaining accurate pipeline forecasting; and contributing to the design of sales tools, CRM workflows, and enablement resources.
You'll work alongside experienced top performers in a collaborative environment where your input shapes the direction of sales strategy and operations. The role requires comfort with supply chain terminology, operations research concepts, and the ability to navigate mid-level to executive personas in fast-paced enterprise environments.
Ideal candidates bring 5–6+ years of complex enterprise sales experience, with a track record of closing 6- and 7-figure multi-year deals. Relevant background includes enterprise platform/AI/Data & Analytics software sales, or enterprise supply chain/AI/Data & Analytics services sales. You should demonstrate a proven ability to prospect effectively, understand customer challenges deeply, and close deals in early-stage, high-growth settings. Travel is required.
