As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will secure new annual recurring revenue (NARR) through outbound, direct selling. This is a hunter role focused on identifying, prospecting, and closing new accounts and logos. You will maintain a 4-5x deal pipeline ($1M-$1.25M per quarter) and, following a 6-month ramp period, close $250K+ per quarter in NARR.
Key responsibilities include consistent daily outbounding via hyper-relevant email, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling; leveraging a sales technology stack (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach); creating and executing highly-personalized outreach campaigns; multi-threading target accounts with consultative relationships at various organizational levels; and navigating complex closing processes involving Legal, Procurement, and InfoSec stakeholders.
You must have prior SaaS applications sales experience from prospecting to close, a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, and experience with value-selling methodologies (MEDDPICC preferred). Knowledge of B2B SaaS selling with customer personas in Marketing, IT, and Engineering is essential. You should be comfortable traveling 1-2 times per quarter for team building, trade shows, and customer meetings. AI fluency is a core professional competency at LucidLink.
