Asana is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to lead go-to-market strategy and enterprise sales efforts for Korea, one of the company's fastest-growing markets. This role is based in the Singapore office with an office-centric hybrid schedule.
You will own Korea's go-to-market strategy, including account segmentation, target industries, territory planning, and pipeline generation with measurable revenue outcomes. You'll lead complex, multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles from initial conversation through close, building consensus across business, IT, procurement, and executive stakeholders. A key responsibility is building and scaling relationships with channel and distribution partners in Korea to drive co-selling, joint pipeline, and partner-sourced revenue.
You'll leverage your established network across Korea's enterprise and partner community to open doors at target accounts and establish Asana as a credible, trusted brand in market. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to C-level and line-of-business leaders, translating Asana's value into business outcomes that resonate locally. The role includes positioning and selling Asana's AI portfolio—including AI Teammates, AI Studio, and Dash—helping customers identify high-impact use cases for human + AI collaboration.
You'll anticipate roadblocks and objections with foresight, crafting win-win solutions that ensure every stakeholder sees Asana's value. Collaboration is essential: you'll partner seamlessly with SDRs, Field Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver exceptional customer experience and drive long-term expansion. You'll also act as the voice of the Korean market internally, sharing customer and competitive insights with Product, Marketing, and regional leadership to inform localization and strategy.
Asana is a leading platform for human + AI collaboration, with millions of teams worldwide relying on it to achieve their most important goals. The company has been named to Fortune's Best Workplaces for 7+ years and recognized by Fast Company, Forbes, and Gartner for excellence in workplace culture and innovation.
