Salary: SEK 2,016,000 - 2,546,000 / annual
Grafana Labs, the company behind the open observability cloud, is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive, Acquisition to drive new business growth across the Nordics region. This is a fully remote role based in Sweden.
You will be responsible for prospecting and closing new enterprise customers in the Nordic region. Your day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and nurturing opportunities with net-new customers, managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract negotiation, conducting product demos and proofs of concept, and maintaining accurate forecasts in Salesforce. You'll take a consultative approach, learning about customer needs before presenting solutions, and will articulate the value of both Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise products. After closing deals, you'll hand off strong customer relationships to the Growth team.
Key responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
- Execute outbound prospecting into net-new accounts
- Manage all stages of the sales process: prospecting, meetings, demos, POCs, proposals, and negotiations
- Develop expertise in Salesforce pipeline management
- Handle quote creation, order processing, and customer requests
- Cultivate both outbound and inbound sales opportunities
You bring 5+ years of infrastructure technology sales experience with a track record of consistent goal achievement (top 10% performer). You're energetic, entrepreneurial, and adaptable, with demonstrated success in high-velocity tech companies. You're an excellent communicator across channels and can build strong relationships both in-person and virtually. Fluency in English and Swedish (written and spoken) is required.
Bonus qualifications include familiarity with open-source technology, Salesforce expertise, knowledge of Command of the Message and MEDDPICC sales methodologies, and fluency in Danish and/or Norwegian.
