As an Enterprise Account Development Representative, you will support multiple enterprise sales territories and drive pipeline growth through strategic outbound prospecting and lead qualification. Your responsibilities include:
- Scheduling meetings with key stakeholders from multiple sources (outbound prospecting, marketing qualified leads, inbound requests)
- Conducting outbound prospecting to accounts showing intent signals, with emphasis on phone-based outreach alongside email and social channels
- Qualifying and nurturing leads in collaboration with Account Executives
- Refining call and messaging strategies with your sales peers
- Establishing best practices and efficient processes for the outbound sales motion
- Identifying trends from prospective customers to share with product, marketing, and customer success teams
- Managing all sales activity in Salesforce and Outreach
- Achieving monthly quotas for New Meetings Completed and quarterly quotas for Pipeline Opportunities
The role includes a structured 3-month ramp: Month 1 focuses on learning the market, personas, tools, and Teleport's value proposition; Month 2 operates at half quota while optimizing your prospecting approach; Month 3 reaches full quota with a fully operational process.
You'll have access to modern sales tools including Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6sense, Qualified Chat, Qualified Signals, G2, AltiSales, and Common Room.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 1–2 years of experience as an Enterprise Account Development Representative (ADR/SDR/BDR), preferably at a SaaS company with a technical product and strong outbound pipeline focus
- Ability to strategize with sales peers on account selection and conversation scheduling
- Quick learner capable of grasping technical concepts in diverse SaaS environments
- Strong collaborative and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple prospect pipelines consistently
- Adaptability to startup changes and coachability for continuous improvement
