You will join the Connect team, reporting to a Senior Engineering Manager, working on Mirakl Connect—an AI-powered hub that simplifies sellers' daily operations. The role is based in Bordeaux or Paris with one day of remote work per week.
Key responsibilities include: driving technical excellence through code reviews and design contributions; coordinating cross-functional delivery by developing roadmaps with R&D and aligning with product and design teams; developing talent through onboarding, recruitment, and establishing best practices in clean code and testing; removing technical blockers and enabling team success; managing and mentoring 4-5 developers across distributed locations with one-on-ones and performance reviews; and participating in AI adoption both in products and internal practices.
Required experience: at least 5 years of Java development with recent versions; minimum 2 years in a team lead or similar management role mentoring developers; proven ability to balance hands-on technical contribution with people management; track record delivering complex projects in microservices environments; professional English proficiency.
