As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a high-performing engineering team responsible for delivering innovative, scalable, and reliable technology solutions aligned with business goals. You'll report to the Director of Engineering and collaborate with senior leadership to shape technical strategy, drive cross-functional alignment, and build an engineering culture that supports both growth and innovation.
The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution. You will mentor and develop engineers across experience levels, optimize team processes, champion quality and ownership, and make decisions that deliver meaningful customer impact. You'll guide teams through complex technical decisions, architectural tradeoffs, and long-term planning while maintaining a pragmatic grasp of the full software development lifecycle—including DevOps, QA, and security.
