Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end research engagements: scoping studies with clients, configuring them in the platform, reviewing AI-generated insights, and debriefing findings with client executives
- Manage the full client lifecycle: onboarding, study design, delivery, and expansion to ensure fast time-to-value and drive repeat usage
- Serve as trusted advisor to enterprise clients on strategic research questions and study design
- Partner with the GTM team on renewals and expansion, identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and grow revenue within accounts
- Build playbooks, templates, and repeatable processes that enable scaling of the client service model

- Manage multiple concurrent client engagements with different timelines, studies, and stakeholders
This role bridges consulting expertise with cutting-edge AI technology. You'll work with Fortune 500 clients while remaining close enough to the team to see your impact immediately. You'll have direct influence on product development and the opportunity to define how Pogo delivers client value at scale.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience at a leading management consulting firm or similarly rigorous, client-facing environment

- Exceptional communication skills: write and present with clarity and confidence; earn credibility quickly with senior stakeholders
- Genuine curiosity about consumer behavior and insights work as a craft, not just an output
- High-ownership operator mindset: drive engagements independently without waiting for direction
- Highly organized with ability to juggle multiple concurrent engagements
- Team player with low ego; prioritize outcomes over credit
- Fast learner who adapts quickly to new clients, industries, and problem spaces
- Comfortable using AI tools to enhance research, synthesis, and outputs
- Bonus: prior experience with primary consumer research (qualitative or quantitative)
