As an Engagement Manager in EMEA, you will lead AI transformation engagements at Harvey's most strategic accounts—elite law firms, Fortune 500 legal departments, and premier financial institutions. This is a deployment-focused role where you own the full arc of each engagement: from aligning executive sponsors and mapping current workflows to identifying highest-value opportunities for Harvey, coordinating cross-functional delivery with Legal Engineering and Legal Innovation teams, and driving measurable adoption before handing off to Customer Success.
Key responsibilities include: owning transformation engagements end-to-end with accountability for outcomes; mapping workflows and identifying where Harvey can deliver maximum impact; coordinating cross-functional delivery and change management through enablement, adoption monitoring, and blocker resolution; building executive relationships with senior partners and General Counsel to advise on AI-native operating models, governance, talent, and KPIs; delivering rigorous handoffs to Customer Success with adoption summaries and risk assessments; and contributing learnings to Harvey's transformation methodology and playbooks.
You will need 5+ years in management consulting or senior client advisory at the Engagement Manager or Project Leader level, with demonstrated ownership of complex transformation programs end-to-end. Experience managing large-scale technology deployments or change management at enterprise organizations—ideally in legal, financial services, or professional services—is essential. You must have exceptional executive presence, strong program management instincts, genuine curiosity about AI's impact on legal work, and comfort operating in ambiguity. Travel is required up to 50% of the time.
