Salary: USD 110,000 - 160,000 / annual
Vise is an AI-powered asset management platform designed for financial advisors to build, manage, and explain personalized investment portfolios. As an Engagement Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for multiple client relationships, overseeing onboarding, implementation, and ongoing adoption of the Vise platform.
You will manage advisor relationships within currently signed partner firms, drive additional revenue opportunities through upselling, and ensure advisory clients achieve long-term success with the platform. Your responsibilities include facilitating active client engagement, identifying upsell opportunities, acting as an expert liaison between clients and the Vise product, and training clients on best practices and use cases to drive commercial results.
You will need to understand the intricate details of the Vise platform and maintain deep knowledge of each client's business concerns, acting as their internal advocate. The role requires an entrepreneurial, big-picture mindset balanced with meticulous attention to detail and focus on internal KPIs.
Required qualifications include 3-7 years of experience in account management, client relationships, or sales within financial services, with a solid understanding of the RIA (Registered Investment Advisor) industry framework and wealth management. You should be able to consult with advisors on their business models, current and future needs, and communicate investment strategy benefits effectively. Knowledge of advisory practices, investment strategies, and RIA aggregators is a plus.
You must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, intellectual curiosity, independent resourcefulness, and the ability to thrive in a goal-oriented environment. Strong time management and the ability to juggle multiple clients and projects simultaneously are essential. A bachelor's degree is required.
