Medra is building a Physical AI Scientist platform—AI systems that can operate scientific instruments with human-level dexterity, analyze results autonomously, and close the loop on scientific workflows. The company is founded by engineers from Tesla, Amazon, SpaceX, and Neuralink, and operates with a mission-driven, high-ownership culture.
As Engagement Manager, you will own the full customer lifecycle from pre-sale through deployment and expansion. You'll embed with customer teams to understand pain points and scientific workflows, translate business objectives into deployment roadmaps with clear milestones and success criteria, and act as a strategic thought partner to executive sponsors on their science and AI strategy. You'll move fluidly between high-level strategy and execution-level detail, making complex technical trade-offs, forecasting roadblocks, and ensuring on-time delivery. You'll design and optimize customer success metrics to build the business case, develop scalable playbooks for customer engagement, and integrate feedback into product development. This role requires extreme ownership, cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Product, and Sales, and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, early-stage environments.
