As an Engagement Manager, you will own the post-sale customer experience for a portfolio of Enterprise legal firms and corporate clients. You'll design tailored adoption playbooks that guide clients through multi-year change-management programs, transforming how their teams work with Legora's AI capabilities. Key responsibilities include: designing each client's adoption strategy and stakeholder roadmap; executing sequenced initiatives from initial rollout through firm-wide scaled adoption; serving as a strategic advisor who understands client goals and legal workflows; driving sustained value through structured operating cadences (success plans, enablement, training, value reviews); orchestrating cross-functional engagement (GTM, Product, Engineering, Support); partnering with GTM on commercial moments and expansion opportunities; and translating customer feedback into product and enablement improvements. You'll work with demanding, senior stakeholders at major legal organizations, requiring strong program management, excellent communication, and high emotional intelligence. The role demands a data-led approach focused on measurable outcomes and customer health. Ideal candidates bring strong management consulting experience (preferably from leading global firms), proven expertise designing and delivering change management programs in large complex organizations, a track record building client transformation roadmaps with measurable results, experience with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders, and strong program/project management skills across multiple workstreams. A genuine interest in AI and how it transforms complex industries is essential. Nice-to-haves include B2B SaaS or Legal Tech experience and familiarity with regulated industries.
